Chairman:
The Chairman is elected by the Presidents of each schools parent organization:

To prepare an agenda for meetings in conjunction with the

Superintendent or District representative
•
To call meeting to order
•
To maintain order
•
To announce all business, making clear to members the questions
•
at
issue
•
To provide follow-up opportunities on agenda items left incomplete
•
and/or
any actions left pending at adjournment of the preceding
